Isaiah 40:31 (New International Version)

31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Ding dong......

Ding Dong! The Witch is dead. Which old Witch? The Wicked Witch!

Ding Dong! The Wicked Witch is dead.
Wake up - you sleepy head, rub your eyes, get out of bed.
Wake up, the Wicked Witch is dead.

This is the original version of this song......here is my version for your enjoyment......

Ding Dong! The rat is dead.  Which old rat?  The ugly rat!
Ding Dong! The ugly rat is dead.
Wake up - you sleepy head, rub your eyes, get out of bed.
Wake up, the nasty, ugly, sleep stealing rat is dead!

I apologize if anyone is offended by my posting a picture of my dead rat, however, this is my blog and I will post what I want too!!!  Also, I think it is important to give you the whole truth, which does include pictures of my world, pleasing and not so pleasing.

I will leave you a picture that makes my heart sing.  One that is so much more pleasing than a dead rat!!!!

Blessings to you my friends,

Cheryl

Ahh Cheryl! We are rejoicing with you that the old rat is dead! :-) Now maybe you can get more peaceful rest - not having to think about that old rat running around. Looking forward to hearing more about what is going on in your everyday life in another country. The things you encounter are all a part of being in another country and shows us all that we have to be thankful for. Thanks for the pictures of the children. What a blessing!

Know that you and Mackenzie are in our prayers!

Cheryl, thank you for your very kind comments. I appreciate it! My husband has done many short-term mission trips to Romania for the past four years. During college I went on mission trips during the summer. They are not easy, but very rewarding. I just want you to know that you have supporters behind you that are praying for you and thinking about you. I do look forward to reading what you are facing and what God is doing through you and Mackenzie. Hope you have a marvelous weekend!

I have been praying for you that God will continue to use you for HIS will. I am so happy that you followed him. You are making a big difference in HIS kingdom.
Much love,
